Update 4:15am EST - After the Asian markets finished strong, European markets remain in positive territory. US equity futures are up ahead of the US session. Commodities are generally higher on a weaker US dollar. Metals are higher with gold leading the way. Crude continues to trend higher, trading above the $86/barrel handle. In the currency markets the Euro and Swiss Franc are higher, while the US dollar is weaker against the majors. US and Canadian GDP figures are due out at 8:30am EST.
