Quant Report for 2010-02-24

Updated 8am EST - After the NIKKEI closed lower by almost -1.5%, Global equity markets are beginning to also take a negative tone. US equity futures are slightly higher on the session. Outside of grains, commodities are heading lower with crude down below the $79/barrel handle. The currency markets have yet to reveal any direction or theme for the day. Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke is set to testify in Washington, beginning at 10am EST.
