Financial markets update. YTD figures as of 2/7/2010
Equity Markets: Dow -5.4%, Nasdaq -6.46%, S&P -4.85%. Commodities: Gold -4.2%, Silver -12.46%, Crude -10.18%. Currencies: Euro –4.46%, US dollar +2.77%, Japanese Yen +4.13%. US Treasuries: 10 yr note +3.19%, 30 yr bond +3.91%.
I bring 11 years of experience in international macro economics with a focus on global economic indicators and respective impacts on monetary and fiscal policies. While specializing in developing algorithms based on theories relating to currency exchange rates, interest rate parity, price barriers, and technical analysis, my managed accounts continue to average 20% return annually.
